New Social Networking Site
Yuwie is a fairly new site that is similar in a lot of ways to MySpace. You can add a layout to your page, blogs, pictures, join clubs, browse users, add videos, slide shows, etc. The one major difference is that they pay you for your participation. They payout a percentage of their advertising revenue. Facebook make millions in advertising revenue as does MySpace. Yuwie is growing everyday. These member numbers are for December 20, 2007.

Here's how it works:
They pay you an RSR (Revenue Sharing Rate). Depending on how much they make from their advertising, which varies from month to month, they calculate a percentage to pay the users.
What you get paid for:
You get paid you for page views. A paid page view consists of the following
When anyone views any of these pages, it counts as 1 page view for you:
your profile page
your blog pages
view all your friends
view all your comments
your picture pages
if someone views one of your shared layouts
When you view any of these pages, it counts as 1 page view. any of your control panel pages, including but not limited to: settings, messaging, friends, referrals, favorites, etc.
The following does not count as a page view: Refreshing/reloading a page
Any page that's viewed within 3 seconds of the last page doesn't count
When you invite a friend and they join by your Referral URL that counts as one referral for you. They also pay you a percentage for your referrals activity.

You have the choice. Just play around with it and have fun or really work at it and make some extra cash.
We, as a society today, spend a lot of time on social networking sites. Just about everyone who has the internet belongs to at least one site. You can stay with your site you are currently on, or you can join Yuwie and invite your friends. As your referrals you will make money from their participation and they in turn invite friends and you also make money from their referrals. The potential to make some real side cash is here providing you and your friends actively participate.
My time is valuable to me so I see this as a very attractive benefit. I have a lot of fun on MySpace with my kids and my friends but as an adult I can use all the extra money I can make (my kids are teenagers, enough said).
I have been with Yuwie for 10 days now and have 6 referrals on level one and one 7 referrals on level 2. Some people are hesitant about joining another site. But there is no obligation you can delete your account at any time. I have met a lot of interesting people there and so far I have found them to be quality people, not a bunch of bands spamming me to be their friend (MySpace).
Will I make any money? Sure. There are people who have a lot a friends and a lot of referrals. (check out OldBuddy and Robert and Esk in my friends section) They have a lot of friends and referrals. Oldbuddy even posts his earnings on his page. Does it take time to build your referral tree. It does. People don't like change so they don't want to join another site, they're used to the one they are on already. But I see it as a Win/Win situation. Have fun, make friends, make money.
